You will report to a Consumer Marketing Leader and be part of a collaborative team.Imperial Brands operates in a highly regulated market, is an inclusive, innovative global FMCG business, and employs around 25,000 people.Principle AccountabilitiesDesign and implement creative, compliant, and high-impact strategies across physical and digital channels.Manage our digital ecosystem, blu.co.nz, to drive a seamless customer journey.Translate consumer insights and platform data into innovative campaigns that comply with legal and regulatory constraints.Lead the content calendar and digital presence while coaching your direct report.Leverage non-traditional marketing channels, where permitted by law, responsibly and effectively.Continuously refine digital performance using analytics and creative experimentation to drive results.Skills and Experience RequiredProven experience in digital marketing, eCommerce, or D2C within challenging or restricted industries (e.g. tobacco, alcohol, gaming).
Strategic mindset with creativity to market differently when conventional channels are off-limits.Strong grasp of SEO, CMS, CRM tools, and digital campaign execution.
