We work with high profile brands such as Toyota, KIA, Volkswagen and many more. We love helping our customers convert their hard-won leads to buyers through better lead management technology and customer handling processes. Currently we have a position for an enthusiastic, friendly, and driven Customer Experience specialist to join our Customer Experience team. Collaborating with a small, close-knit team and balancing priorities will be crucial to your success. Your goal is to build relationships and nurture our customers - upselling to existing customers is a small part of it but you won\'t be cold calling or knocking down doors - it\'s all about the relationships you have with your network of customers.
Extensive training will be provided in the AutoPlay platform.
Responsibilities
- Delivering outstanding customer service and being the face of AutoPlay with our customers
- Effective and efficient management of your allocated accounts – automotive dealerships, retail enterprises and distributors
- Proficiency in using AutoPlay and responsible for ongoing learning and development
- Work with your allocated accounts in improving adoption of AutoPlay using best practice methods
- Keep up to date with new features and roll these out to your accounts
- Encourage upsell of new packages and add ons to your accounts
- Train individuals and groups
- Present and demo the product in person or online as required
- Analyse and present reports - using data to help drive usage and change management
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM
- Provide support to other areas of the business as required including Support or Sales
- Deliver on KPIs designed to help our customers get the most out of AutoPlay
- Includes national travel
