As a Product Manager III, you will have the opportunity to work on an exciting new platform central to the IDEXX software portfolio!Our software business is undergoing a transformation. We are at the center of the work veterinarians do every day.As a Veterinary Software Product Manager III, you will lead the experience for our products and drive our experimentation and Product-Led Growth (PLG) initiatives. Your responsibilities will include :

• Conducting market and user research
• Becoming the product expert and evangelist
• Owning the business case
• Maintaining a meticulously groomed backlog of well-scoped user stories
• Driving sprint planning and refinement
• Providing ongoing engineering support and serving as the point of contact
• Proactively communicating internally and externally
• Measuring and reporting on success
• Managing dependencies with other teams and squads
• In This Role, you will
• Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative B2B and B2B2C veterinary software products.
• Understand market and user needs, gather product requirements, collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop, define, and execute product strategies and roadmaps, including business case justifications and cost / benefit analyses for product initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and design, to deliver high-quality products on time.
• What you need to succeed
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role in product management, preferably in the B2B / B2C space.
• Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done.
