From managing contractors and budgets to integrating new plant and equipment seamlessly into operations, you'll lead projects that deliver real, measurable results.What you'll doOwn projects from concept through to commissioning and handoverManage the safe execution of CAPEX projects to industry-leading standardsLead cross-functional teams and external contractors to deliver on time, within budget, and to scopeDevelop execution plans, RFPs, budgets, cash flows, and schedulesNegotiate and manage contractor performance and pricingDesign and deliver mechanical improvements and plant modificationsEmbed consistent project management frameworks and transparent stakeholder communicationWhat you'll bringBachelor of Engineering (Mechanical or similar)3-5 years\' experience supporting and / or leading development projectsStrong project leadership skills and a proven record of deliveryProficiency in MS Project and MS Office SuiteCompetence in CAD and 3D modellingExperience in mechanical design, development, and costingsFamiliarity with construction methods and building codesWhat success looks likeSafe, compliant project delivery with zero harm as the priorityProjects completed on time, within budget, and to technical specificationsSeamless integration into operations, with engaged and aligned stakeholdersConsistent project management processes that build confidence and trustThis isn't just another engineering role.
