The Sales and Service Manager position at Farmers offers an opportunity to explore various departments of the store during your tenure, providing exposure and experience across a diverse array of retail offerings. From Women's and Men's Fashion to Homeware and Nursery, our store encompasses a broad range of products. This exposure to such diversity will undoubtedly enhance your skills and position you for a successful future in the retail industry.

As part of a small team of Department Managers reporting through to our Assistant Store Manager you will enjoy the benefits of a wider support network both in store and regionally.

As theSales and Service Manager you will :

• Drive department sales and take full ownership for the teams sales performance
• Manage, coach, develop and motivate team to exceed sales budgets
• Liaise with VM to ensure all visual elements (banners, windows, hot spots) are in place, on time before store opening
• Drive a customer service culture across departments by ensuring high levels of customer service
• Implement & communicate promotional plans for upcoming events
