As part of a small team of Department Managers reporting through to our Assistant Store Manager you will enjoy the benefits of a wider support network both in store and regionally.As theSales and Service Manager you will : Drive department sales and take full ownership for the teams sales performanceManage, coach, develop and motivate team to exceed sales budgetsLiaise with VM to ensure all visual elements (banners, windows, hot spots) are in place, on time before store openingDrive a customer service culture across departments by ensuring high levels of customer serviceImplement & communicate promotional plans for upcoming eventsWe are looking for someone who has : Experience in a similar position (Store Manager small store or Asst.
