About the Role
We're looking for a highly organised, relationship-minded team assistant — the "glue" that keeps our small, purpose-driven team running smoothly.
This hands-on role combines office coordination, event support, and day-to-day team assistance.
You'll help with meetings, CRM updates, shared inboxes, logistics, and events, as well as supporting digital assets, financial processes, and partner engagement.
No two days are the same!
About You
You're proactive, detail-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
You enjoy supporting others, building relationships, and making things happen.
You'll bring strong admin skills, event or logistics experience, and a genuine passion for the ocean.
