Our Admissions Hosts are the friendly welcoming faces working in our operations team.

Ensuring that all guests receive the best customer service from start to finish this role is about making sure the guest receives the best welcome possible into our iconic and historic attraction.About YouThe ideal candidate for this role will have a passion for guest experience with a focus on fun.

They will be proactive in their approach to customer service with a positive attitude towards interaction with our guests and upselling techniques.

Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but a desire to work in the entertainments industry is essential.

The ideal candidate must be available to work on weekends.

Excellent spoken English and confident presentation skills are all required.
