An exciting opportunity has become available in Health New Zealand, Lakes Endoscopy service for a highly motivated, forward thinking and enthusiastic Clinical Nurse Specialist Endoscopy to join our team.

About the Role

The primary functions of the role are to ensure an appropriate, effective and personalized assessment patient-centered service through the provision of specialist nursing advice and support to patients and their carers throughout their endoscopy pathway.

About you

You will have broad nursing experience with a sound clinical background and the ability to display independent practice within the Endoscopy service.

As an advanced practice role you will need to demonstrate evidence of clinical leadership, effective communication skills across the professional and client population, motivation and resilience to drive innovation and change in this exciting service opportunity.

You will have excellent people skills and have proven assessment clinical abilities.

There is an expectation that you will have post grad qualifications.
