About the Role
This position is a dynamic, high-pressured, and full responsibility. The Duty Nurse Manager (DNM) plays a pivotal role in ensuring that hospital wards and departments operate smoothly, safely, and efficiently over a 24-hour period - especially during evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays when senior leadership may not be present. About the Team / Service Location
The DNM team are part of the Integrated Operation Centre ( IOC) and are responsible for the effective operational management of the 24 hours / 7 days hospital service delivery at both Wellington Regional Hospital and Kenepuru Hospital. The IOC supports clinical teams, systems, processes and resources that facilitate safe and effective service delivery across the organisation.
