Perioperative Services are looking for that special someone to join our friendly, sociable team.

The primary functions of this role are to provide quality nursing care and support to surgical clients and to participate as an effective member of the Perioperative team.

You will be required to use your initiative, problem-solving skills and be pro-active.

Teamwork is key, you will need to be a team-player with a collaborative attitude towards patient care and demonstrate effective communication to develop harmonious working relationships.

About you

Registration with New Zealand Nursing Council and holder of a current Annual Practicing CertificateExcellent communication and time management skills.Previous Theatre / Perioperative nursing experience and / or a Perioperative Post Graduate Certificate is highly desirable.
