TheSales Manager leads the regional sales team to achieve sales targets by leveraging industry and customer insights. The role focuses on building strong customer relationships, driving incremental sales, and positioning RS as a key partner in customer procurement strategies.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and develop a high-performance sales team with aligned goals.

Achieve regional sales objectives and contribute to strategic planning.

Maintain and expand the customer base while identifying new opportunities.

Analyze market trends and prepare reports to support growth.

Collaborate with stakeholders across a matrixed organization.

Support profitability and cost-efficiency initiatives.

Organize and participate in roadshows and expos.

Ensure compliance with company policies and standards.

Requirements

Extensive B2B sales experience, with strong sales team management.

Proven success in meeting sales targets.

Strategic thinker and agile coach.

Self-motivated and capable of independent work.

Strong financial / business acumen and analytical skills.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.

Experience in business planning and project management.

High emotional intelligence and ability to work under pressure.

Familiarity with SAP and Microsoft software.

Desirable Skills & Experience :

Experience in large MRO supplier sales management.

Background in complex distribution or solutions provision.

Knowledge of MRO procurement, eProcurement, or inventory solutions.

Familiarity with relevant industry sectors (e.g., Manufacturing, Automotive, Aerospace).
