We\'re Hiring : Sales Manager NZ – based in Auckland

We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales Manager with a hunger for exceeding sales targets, developing strategies, and nurturing client relationships to achieve outstanding results.

About the role

Reporting to the Director of Sales NZ, as Sales Manager , you have relationship-building down to a fine art! You’re a people person and others gravitate towards you. You are commercial and savvy, you know who is who in your allocated market, how to foster relationships and engage with the right stakeholders. Developing preferred agreements, delivering results and achieving targets is all in a day’s work, courtesy of your unrivalled customer service prowess.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue forecasts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
• Monitor sales performance, analyse market trends, and provide actionable insights to optimise sales efforts.
• Develop a deep understanding of our products / services to effectively communicate value to potential clients.
