Job descriptionBuilding and managing a sales pipeline across a diverse product range within a defined territory Managing the full end‑to‑end sales process – prospecting, developing relationships, recommending tailored solutions and closing sales Working cross‑functionally with internal teams to identify and maximise new business opportunities Preparing, presenting and closing quotes, and following up leads to drive results OTE $120-160k + Vehicle + Fuel ($80-85k base) with an uncapped commissions structure Supportive leadership with ongoing coaching and training including product training Backing of a strong, trusted market‑leading brands Employee benefits including wellbeing program, referral incentives and staff celebrations Proven on‑road B2B sales experience, ideally within transport, automotive, capital equipment, warehousing, construction or similar industries. Ability to identify and develop strategic opportunities while delivering hands‑on implementation Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship‑building skills Self‑motivated, organised, and comfortable managing your own territory and time Resilient, fast‑moving and independent – you like to make things happen A dynamic, team‑oriented culture where achievements are recognised
