The company is expanding its market across New Zealand and is looking for experienced sales professionals to join our growing team.

Role Description – Sales Manager

This is a full-time on-site position located in Albany or Manukau (North Shore or South Auckland – either location is fine).

The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, expanding market share, and achieving sales targets.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop and grow the market for aluminium doors, windows, hardware, fences, louvres, and canopies.
• Build long-term relationships with customers and distributors, and identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare accurate quotations and proposals based on client requirements.
• Provide professional advice on aluminium systems and product options.
• Lead the sales process from enquiry to closing, and work closely with other departments.
• Follow up on projects to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.
