Role Description – Sales Manager
This is a full-time on-site position located in Albany or Manukau (North Shore or South Auckland – either location is fine).
The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, expanding market share, and achieving sales targets.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and grow the market for aluminium doors, windows, hardware, fences, louvres, and canopies.
- Build long-term relationships with customers and distributors, and identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare accurate quotations and proposals based on client requirements.
- Provide professional advice on aluminium systems and product options.
- Lead the sales process from enquiry to closing, and work closely with other departments.
- Follow up on projects to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Minimum three years of sales experience in the aluminium, window & door, or building materials industry.Strong knowledge of quotation processes and aluminium system designs.Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.Self-motivated, responsible, and goal-driven.Able to work independently and manage multiple projects.Experience using CRM or sales management tools is an advantage.A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.Salary
