You will be responsible for first impressions - whether it’s through a phone call, a visit, a proposal or report, you will provide a level of customer service that would win over the harshest critic! Our front desk area is the first thing our visitors experience whether here for a meeting, an event, or to pick up files. Recognising the importance of our people, we have a team close by to provide cover whenever you need it.
As well as managing our front desk, you will also take a lead in organising and hosting our onsite networking events, planning and organising the events, and helping the attendees feel at ease and welcome in our office. Your involvement doesn’t stop there … you will also provide administrative support to our marketing team to ensure consistency of our brand on client facing documentation, like formatting a report or proposal to brand guidelines, or updating our intranet - so there is plenty of variety in the role!
