About the role
We’re offering a permanent opportunity within the Financial Registries Team which sits in the Registry Operations area of the Companies Office. The team is responsible for administering financial reporting compliance, the Disclose and Financial Services Providers registers, the more recent Climate-related Disclosures register, the Companies Act 1993, Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013 and other related legislation.
The purpose of the Senior Technical Services Advisor is to administer compliance functions thereby enabling all corporate entities to meet their filing obligations under the relevant legislation.
The Senior Technical Services Advisor is responsible for ensuring quality and consistency of advice and practices in relation to their contribution to the team’s work.
