Administration Manager
to join our Takanini-based team.

Job Description
What you'll be doing :
Managing accounts payable / receivable, reconciliations, invoicing, and overdue follow-ups.
Supporting accurate financial reporting through journals, P&L preparation, and end-of-month tasks.
Overseeing creditor and debtor payments, banking, and supplier reimbursements.
Assisting with payroll including weekly hours and job costing.
Providing reporting insights via PowerBI, Skynet, and Job Costing systems to support business reviews.
Running the office smoothly – from onboarding new staff, to coordinating travel, meetings, and supplier agreements.
Playing a key role in audit, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Desired Skills and Experience
What we're looking for :
Proven experience in office management or senior administration.
Strong accounts knowledge to P&L level, including journals and reporting.
Confidence with MYOB (advantage), PowerBI (highly advantageous), Microsoft 365, and ERP / Job Costing systems.
An understanding of manufacturing operations, BOMs, labour and material cost, and how they impact operational success.
A sharp eye for detail, accuracy, and consistency.
