About the role

We are seeking a Finance and Business Administration Assistant to provide essential support across financial processes, office administration, and stakeholder engagement. Working closely with the Financial Controller, this role ensures smooth operations, accurate reporting, and reliable systems that underpin strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities :

Accounting and Finance

  • Support monthly reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes
  • Prepare payroll data, accounts payable, and employee expense claims
  • Assist with cashflow monitoring, payments, and statutory returns
  • Compile information for auditors and annual financial statements
  • Contribute to financial analysis, project viability, and cost management
  • Help track key business metrics and manage financial records

Administration

  • Maintain and organise administrative systems and records
  • Support process improvements to streamline office tasks
  • Coordinate travel bookings and monitor related costs
  • Assist with office procurement, equipment, and facilities management
  • Liaise with IT, landlords, suppliers, and service providers
  • Provide general administrative support across teams
  • About you

  • Proven experience in Accounts and Administrative positions
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in financial and administrative tasks including MS Office
  • Solid communication skills with the ability to engage across teams and stakeholders
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Integrity, discretion, and professionalism in handling sensitive information
  • Adaptability and a proactive approach to supporting team and business needs
