The opportunity :

Due to growth, we’re looking for a highly organised Practice Manager with strong people skills who can provide exceptional administrative support to the Directors and accounting team.

In this fast-paced role, you’ll have the opportunity to make a difference by enhancing our processes and systems while helping to keep essential administrative tasks ticking over nicely.

Key Responsibilities :

• Office management – overseeing day-to-day operations
• Process improvement – implementing and refining processes to improve efficiency and productivity within the firm
• Compliance – ensuring the company adheres to industry and regulatory requirements and best practices
• Billing and invoicing – overseeing the billing process
• Payroll management – handling payroll for the company
• Reporting – preparing regular reports for the company’s directors, detailing financial performance, client activity, and operational efficiency
• Internal Communication – facilitating communication within the firm ensuring all team members are informed about relevant policies, changes, and updates
• External Communication – managing communications with external stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and regulators
