About the Role
Senior Client Partnerships Manager – Cartology, a stand‑alone media business of Woolworths Group. You will oversee a portfolio of client accounts, driving omni‑channel media sales and leading a high‑performance media sales team in New Zealand.
What you’ll do
- Achieve and surpass sales targets by proactively identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities while maintaining and expanding existing trade spend.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, providing accurate forecasting and managing pricing in line with the commercial strategy.
- Deeply understand client objectives through high‑level engagement across all seniority levels, actively leading presentations and engagements, and acting as a company spokesperson.
- Leverage customer data to craft compelling, high‑impact proposals, aligning sales with marketing and category plans.
- Act as a mentor and coach to junior teammates, ensuring product expertise and modelling company values while contributing to team growth.
What you’ll bring
Significant experience in multi‑channel media planning and sales.Proven success in growing multi‑channel media revenue across diverse client types.Expertise in managing campaigns that combine POS, print, email, online, OOH, radio, and social inventory.Experience selling digital media based on target‑audience characteristics.Strong analytical ability to apply data to media planning, demonstrating ROI and informing future campaign activity.Demonstrated success in building and leading high‑performing sales teams.What you’ll experience
