Service Delivery Manager - Fusion5 (Auckland, Hybrid)

Are you passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences and driving operational excellence? Fusion5 is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to join our Customer Success Team, supporting a diverse portfolio of clients.

You’ll use critical thinking to solve problems, show initiative by leading solutions and driving improvements, and communicate clearly and empathetically with both clients and internal teams. Commercial awareness, attention to detail, and a collaborative, “can do” attitude are essential behavioral traits that will help you excel and deliver exceptional value for Fusion5 and its customers.

What you'll do :

  • Manage day-to-day service delivery activity across customers, ensuring high satisfaction.
  • Develop excellent working relationships and become the "go to" person for post-implementation support.
  • Coordinate with the team to maintain contracts, work orders, and licenses.
  • Review support reports and arrange regular customer meetings.
  • Work with Practice Managers and Services Team Leads to schedule work.
  • Be willing to travel as required.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve service and add value for customers.

  • Dynamics 365 Business Central / NAV knowledge is a plus.
