Position Impact

You will own the ANZ commercial strategy and full P&L.

This is a senior leadership role with end-to-end accountability for delivering category-beating growth across all ZURU Edge verticals (Beauty, Baby, Pet, Household & Confectionery).

You will drive execution excellence across the 4Ps (product, pricing, promotion, placement), lead joint business planning, own retail media and shopper strategy, and work closely with cross-functional partners to deliver sustainable, profitable growth.

You will also play a key role in shaping national trade strategy and investment decisions in collaboration with the broader EDGE commercial leadership team.

• Full accountability for ANZ sales and profit delivery across all categories.

Commercial Strategy

Own pricing architecture, promotional frameworks, and margin optimization.

4P Excellence

Trade Investment & Shopper Marketing

Partner with marketing to tailor brand activations for shopper conversion.

Skills & Experience

6+ years of experience in FMCG sales, with 3+ years owning key Australian retailer management at a senior level

Strong command of ANZ retailer systems

Experience leading shopper marketing and retail media strategy

Proven track record of delivering P&L results, trade ROI, and joint business planning

Strategic thinker with exceptional executional rigor

Bachelor's degree required
