Roles & ResponsibilitiesWill use best efforts to promote the Company's products and maximize sales in the Territory.Present the Company's products in a clear, understandable and professional manner.Provide reasonable assistance to promotional activities in the Territory such as trade shows, product presentations, sales calls and other activities related to the products.Adhere to management-defined KPI for efficient account management and identify and harvest new business opportunities within designated territories.Provide reasonable after-sale support to product purchasers and perform sales-related activities to promote the products and the goodwill of the Company in the Territory.Report weekly to the Company concerning sales and competitive promotional activities and dedicate adequate time and effort to fulfill obligations.Do not advertise the products outside the Territory or solicit sales from purchasers outside the Territory without prior written consent of the Company.Solicitations and / or purchases will be conducted in accordance with terms, conditions and prices specified by the Company; all orders are subject to the Company's approval.Will not disparage or make negative comments about competitors' products.Maintain the Company CRM and database up to date in line with the Company Performance Matrix, which may be updated to align with business strategy.Be a point of contact for product-related queries, including any product complaints.Manage proactive relationships with all wholesalers and pharmacy buying groups.Manage relationships and product supply through the 4PL partner and support timely supply to pharmacies.
QualificationsEducational qualification : A Pharma Industry Professional with Management qualification preferredBusiness FocusThe role is centered on the retail pharmacy channel, with regular engagements with Pharmac.Emphasis on consumer products, especially OTC (Over-the-Counter) goods.Candidate must have existing relationships with pharmacies and buying groups.Therapies AreaFocus on consumer health and OTC therapies.Experience in generic portfolios and Pharmacy negotiations is a plus but not mandatory.Candidate ProfileMust be hands-on, capable of managing operations independently.Ideal background includes : Experience in OTC or consumer goods within pharmacy networks.Familiarity with New Zealand's North Island, especially Auckland and surrounding areasSkills & attributes : Good knowledge about customers and territory.Ability to work with cross-functional teams.Good collaboration skills and ability to work as part of a team.
