Job descriptionSupply Chain & Commercial Support : Manage onboarding, compliance, and commercial engagement with subcontractors across multiple projects. Governance & Compliance : Maintain records, ensure regulatory compliance, and support governance reporting and KPI tracking. Contract & Risk Management : Prepare and monitor notices, variations, and claims; assist in resolving disputes and managing risks. Process Improvement : Contribute to the development of commercial processes, tools, and templates; support continuous improvement initiatives. Collaboration & Reporting : Work closely with project teams and internal stakeholders to deliver commercial outcomes and maintain documentation. Tertiary qualification in Law, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or similar is an advantage Relevant experience in contracts or commercial roles. Experience in procurement or supply chain within a large infrastructure organisation is highly valued. Skilled in stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and problem-solving. Proficient in Excel, SharePoint, etc SAP experience is an advantage Detail-oriented, collaborative, and commercially minded.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the Senior Contracts Administrator, this role supports the New Zealand Telco portfolios and is responsible for the onboarding, commercial compliance, and management of our national supply chain. It also supports client and supply chain commercial activities such as notices, variations, claims, and governance, while contributing to continuous improvement, pre-contract tendering, and broader commercial initiatives.
This is a hybrid role based at our head office in Karangahape road, Auckland CBD
