Office Administrator - Fixed Term Contract
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team on a Fixed Term Contract starting ASAP until June 2026.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a busy environment, providing excellent support across the business, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Based out of our offices in Rosedale, you'll play a key role in assisting with general office administration to ensure a well-run, professional, and welcoming work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to managers and wider team.
Handle correspondence, maintain accurate records, and update systems.
Support projects and initiatives as required during the contract period.
Building Maintenance - liaise with contractors, contractor inductions, etc.
Assist with the administration and coordination of company vehicle registrations, sales and purchases.
Processing of expenses and organisation of travel bookings
Support the implementation and monitoring of Health & Safety policies, procedures, and initiatives to ensure a safe working environment
About You
Previous experience in an administrative or office support role.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general IT systems.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to support wherever needed
Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency in every task, no matter how small.
Location : Rosedale, Auckland
Contract Length : Until June 2026
