About the Role

As the Site Operations Coordinator, you will be integral to maintaining operational excellence, promoting a strong safety culture, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality customer service to both internal and external stakeholders. This position reports directly to the Regional Operations Lead.

This is a great opportunity for someone who has previous experience in customer service, office administration or an operations role and is looking for the next step. As the Site coordinator, you will be self-driven and motivated, and looking for a role where no one day is the same.

In this role, you will :

Deliver exceptional customer service, prepare quotations, and support sales activities

Coordinate cross-functional activities including warehousing, administration, health and safety and compliance management.

Oversee the daily warehousing and logistics operations to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.

Monitor inventory levels, stock movements, and warehouse layout for optimal efficiency.

Drive continuous improvement in quality by identifying inefficiencies in current processes, recommending & implementing improvements.

Liaise and collaborate with key departments across operations and support services.

About You

Experience in delivering exceptional customer service with strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Proven experience in operations, logistics and / or warehouse management

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially with Microsoft Excel and Outlook

Have a consistent, proactive and detail-oriented approach in all your work

Industry experience in steel and / or flow would be advantageous
