• Project Managers lead the successful and profitable outcome of the project. You will be responsible for the management of the overall direction, co-ordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects. Our values will drive everything you do.
• In addition to the above you will :
• Lead the projects team in the successful execution and delivery of construction projects.
• Manage and direct contract administration, understanding contractual requirements and expectations.
• Set performance expectations with Foremen / Supervisors and construction crews.
• Ensure forward planning, organising and ordering of contract subbies, material, plant and people to eliminate down time on the job.
• Set project estimates and contribute to tender submissions.

• We’re
• looking for someone with :
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in managing the delivery of projects in the Construction industry.
• Relevant tertiary qualification (BE or NZCE) or significant industry experience
• Strong financial and contractual acumen.
• Safety related certification.
• Proven client building relationship and management experience
• Current Full Class 1 driver licence.
