- Project Managers lead the successful and profitable outcome of the project. You will be responsible for the management of the overall direction, co-ordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects. Our values will drive everything you do.
- In addition to the above you will :
- Lead the projects team in the successful execution and delivery of construction projects.
- Manage and direct contract administration, understanding contractual requirements and expectations.
- Set performance expectations with Foremen / Supervisors and construction crews.
- Ensure forward planning, organising and ordering of contract subbies, material, plant and people to eliminate down time on the job.
- Set project estimates and contribute to tender submissions.

- We’re
- looking for someone with :
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in managing the delivery of projects in the Construction industry.
- Relevant tertiary qualification (BE or NZCE) or significant industry experience
- Strong financial and contractual acumen.
- Safety related certification.
- Proven client building relationship and management experience
- Current Full Class 1 driver licence.
