We're a mid-size commercial contractor that loves to let our superintendents do what they're good at and manage our on-site work without getting in their way.
You will be given significant autonomy over your projects, along with adequate office support.
We respect your skills and believe that a good superintendent is the single biggest indicator of how successful a project will be.
The majority of our projects are located in the Tampa Bay Area, generally in Pinellas, Pasco, and Hillsborough counties.
The size of our projects ranges from $500,000 to $20,000,000 and includes medical, retail, small-scale multifamily, and government work.
We would prefer someone who is willing to travel, for at least 3-4 months per year, but if you are not able to travel, please apply anyway and we will do our best to keep you close to home.
We pay for lodging and per diem when traveling.
