This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is committed to delivering high-quality outcomes in civil construction projects.Project Management ResponsibilitiesLead and manage civil construction projects from planning throughto completion across the Dunedin & wider Otagoregion.Plan and coordinate project timelines, budgets, resources, and personnel to deliver on schedule and within scope.Oversee site operations, ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and environmental standards.Engage and collaborate effectively with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.Support a culture of continuous improvement, sustainability, and integrity within project teams.Essential Skills and Experience for Project ManagementPrevious project management experience within civil construction or a related field is highly desirable.Strong organisational, leadership, and communication skills.Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) and project management tools.Sound understanding of budgeting, resource planning, and contractual administration.Commitment to health, safety, and quality standards.Eligibility to work in New Zealand is essential.Why Join Our Construction Project Management Team?
