• About the Role
• We have a Patient Service Representative position available within our administrative team, supporting patients, whanau, and communities across the Counties Manukau District.Based at 15 Lambie Drive, youll be part of a multidisciplinary team of clinicians and administrators.

Community Central serves as the central hub for referrals, allocation, and coordination of Community Health Services.

Our goal is to ensure a seamless, transparent journey for patients, from referral through to service delivery, with a strong focus on exceptional customer service and patient experience.This is a full time position working 40 hours per week, shifts rostered between 8 : 00 AM and 6 : 00 PM, Monday to Sunday.
