What you will do :

The kitchen is where the magic happens in our Luxury property - and you can be part of that! We currently have a fantastic opportunity for Chef de Partie and Demi Chef de Partie to join our team to create memorable and unique experiences.

• Preparing menus in collaboration with colleagues
• Ensuring adequacy of supplies at cooking stations
• Training, developing and supporting junior chefs.
• Preparing ingredients that should be frequently available (vegetables, spices etc)
• Following the guidance of the head or sous chefs and have input in new ways of presentation of dishes.
• Putting effort in optimising the cooking process with attention to speed and quality
• Enforcing strict health and hygiene standards
