About the role
We are on the hunt for a team player with excellent customer service skills and prior experience.
Reporting to the Customer Services Team Leader, you will be part of our Auckland Customer Services team who provide exemplary service to make sure our customers feel valued and supported.
Your daily responsibilities will include :
Processing and maintaining customer orders
Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email
Processing credit notes
Resolving customer issues as and when they arise
Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal teams to ensure excellent customer outcomes
Deliver the customer the best possible service, on time, every time
About you
You pride yourself in providing supreme service to your customers and go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.
This is a fast-paced role and requires someone with a good level of confidence, who is ready to get in and get the job done.
You also enjoy having fun while working and have a great sense of humour.
You'll possess the following which will see you succeed in this role :
2+ years' Customer Service experience
Feeling satisfaction from helping others and solving problems
Confidence on the phones and being able to build rapport with a diverse range of people
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisation skills
Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
