Due to internal movement, we have a challenging, exciting and very rare opportunity for an ambitious, driven leader to join our National Advice and Service Centre, as an Agribusiness Centre Team Leader.

About the Role :

• Location : Christchurch office
• Team : Part of our Agribusiness Centre Leadership Team, leading a team of phone-based legends tasked with providing world-class experience to our rural clients supporting retention activities.
• Responsibilities :
• Monitor performance, develop and coach team members, along with supporting them to have their best days at work.
• Collaborate across the wider Sales, Advice and Service teams to ensure retention and referral targets are met.
• Take ownership of projects and initiatives that enhance our client value proposition and help shape the future of our Agribusiness centre.
