We are seeking a permanent team leader to join our fabulous school and to lead our awesome Y7–8 team.

We are looking for an outstanding educator with the following qualities :

• A fun, enthusiastic, driven educator with a passion to make a difference in our Y7–8 team and in our school.
• A team player who is able to build and maintain positive relationships with all of our school team.
• A leader who has the passion to coach, lead and inspire.
• A teacher who has strong systems and structures and communication to ensure the Y7–8 team are the best that they can be.
• A teacher that is able to promote and embrace innovative and inclusive learning space practices, and support tamariki in positive and purposeful ways.
• An outstanding practitioner with strong, current pedagogical, curriculum and assessment knowledge, particularly in literacy and mathematics.
