About the Role : Location : Christchurch officeTeam : Part of our Agribusiness Centre Leadership Team, leading a team of phone-based legends tasked with providing world-class experience to our rural clients supporting retention activities.Responsibilities : Monitor performance, develop and coach team members, along with supporting them to have their best days at work.Collaborate across the wider Sales, Advice and Service teams to ensure retention and referral targets are met.Take ownership of projects and initiatives that enhance our client value proposition and help shape the future of our Agribusiness centre.What We're Looking For : Proven leadership experience in a contact centre or client-facing environment.Strong listening, verbal, and written communication skills.The ability to build strong working relationships with colleaguesHands-on, ground-level approach to leadership and coaching,Fresh eyes with a focus on continuous process improvement and business excellencePassion for client service and team development / engagementAt FMG, we know our success is because of our people.
