Senior syndicate leader (Y5–6), 2 permanent management units, 0.2 release

This position offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced educator who wishes to be part of a collegial team, with high expectations for teaching, learning and the wellbeing of our kaimahi and ākonga.

Responsibilities

• Be part of the senior leadership team and provide leadership and guidance to the Y5–6 syndicate, fostering a culture of growth and empowerment.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with staff, students, and the broader school community.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current pedagogical practices and apply them to teaching and leadership.
• Communicate effectively and demonstrate excellent organisational skills to support teaching and learning.
• Work collaboratively and energetically to achieve the school’s strategic goals.
