St Joseph’s is a vibrant Catholic primary school where faith, learning, and community are at the heart of all we do. We are seeking a passionate and capable educator to join our leadership team as a team leader (Y3-4). This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced or developing leader to lead a team of committed professionals while maintaining a strong focus on teaching and learning.

Our school operates within a collaborative learning environment. Teachers work together to plan, teach, share practice, and reflect on learning outcomes. As Team Leader, you will inspire and support staff, foster teamwork, and ensure high-quality outcomes for students across the team.

Although this is not a tagged position, the successful applicant will be required to support, uphold, and be positively involved in the Catholic special character of the school.
