We are looking for a leader who :
Has strong proven leadership at the senior level (Y4-6) and classroom expertise in explicit teaching.Understands neurodiversity and has skills, strategies, and knowledge to support learners to thrive.Is passionate about inclusive, trauma-informed, and culturally sustaining practices.Can lead change and inspire kaiako to work together with clarity, structure, and consistency.Brings creative problem-solving and future-focused thinking to shaping the senior experience.
