We’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our dedicated and systems-focused Design and Planning team. This role is fixed term for 12 months, based in our central Wellington office.
About the role
The Kaitātari Matua / Senior Business Analyst - Operational Planning will join us at an exciting time as we seek to ground significant change with practical tools that support our teams. In our drive for holistic environmental outcomes, we are seeking to integrate our range of operational work through shared business planning systems and processes. We intend to build on what has already been achieved by working with leaders to put the needed tools in the hands of our teams.
The role will involve process mapping and the development of workflows, templates and standards to embed our integrated planning approach within the operational context. Through this work we seek to build confidence in our ability to make resource needs and supply visible, increase shared approaches across diverse activities, and gain greater clarity over the challenges we face in our operations and how we might address them.

The remuneration for this position, inclusive of all benefits, is $105,832 to $158,747, with a midpoint of $132,290. Starting remuneration will depend on the skills and experience of the successful applicant.
