Your Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Agile Coach / Senior Business Analyst to join our team and support a large, complex programme of work. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who thrives in agile environments, brings strong analytical capabilities, and is passionate about mentoring teams to deliver high‑value outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and delivery teams to embed agile ways of working.
• Mentor delivery squads to improve and accelerate product delivery.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and support Scrum practices as a Scrum Master.
• Assist teams in understanding and delivering on their scaled agile responsibilities.
• Act as a trusted advisor across projects and the wider business, adapting to changing priorities and identifying risks.
• Contribute to the uplift of BA frameworks and capability, ensuring best practices and high‑quality artefacts.
• Analyse and design new systems and processes to meet business needs and drive improvements.
• Perform business analysis tasks including requirements elicitation, gap analysis, process mapping, and functional specifications.
