You will be working with the renowned Josh Robb (ex-PushPay SVP Product and Engineering), our co-founder, and support the growth of our business that is also led by Tend Co-CEO's James and Cecilia Robinson who are well recognised for their leadership and are also responsible for one of NZ's most successful start-ups, My Food Bag, along with Harvard educated Dr Mataroria Lyndon (Ngapuhi, Ngati Whatua, Tainui).

You will be tasked with supporting the strategy, execution and delivery of our products.
Your mission is to be in line with the overall product vision and strategy that is developed through collaboration with our Chief Product and Technology Officer, other Product Manager(s), our UX strategist, designers and engineering team.
You will also co-design with our Doctors, nurses, Customer Experience and operations teams to deliver world class products.

Qualifications
Proven working experience of 3 +years in product management / ownership in software development, Saas or technology product experience preferable.
Proficient at product positioning and forecasting, prioritising and building roadmaps, analytical in both synthesizing both qualitative and quantitative data.
Curious and be a natural problem solver who is able to break down complex problems and work with cross functional teams to deliver simple solutions
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including written, verbal, presentation, research, and retro facilitation with individuals or groups; make trade-offs explicit and communicate decisions & status with clarity.
Experience in conducting contextual enquiry with internal & external customers.
Experience working with and driving outcomes with clinical & technical teams including clinicians, clinical operations, design, engineering and have the ability to broadly understand the technical platform of their product.
Ability to execute the PM's role are such as; being a team player, being detail oriented, being decisive, exhibiting comfort in a fast paced work environment, and being an initiative taker.
