The opportunity
We are seeking applications from experienced Project Administrators preferably with construction industry experience to join our Whanganui site team on a permanent, part-time basis.
This is a dynamic and varied role where your organisational and communication skills will directly support project delivery.
Key responsibilities
Managing project documentation systems to ensure accuracy and up-to-date records
Tracking and maintaining project plans and documents across multiple stakeholders
Supporting the site team by coordinating events, team functions, and monthly wellbeing activities
Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external teams
Working independently with minimal supervision in a busy, site-based environment
Providing proficient use of Microsoft Office (particularly Word and Excel)
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced construction environment and enjoys being part of a collaborative team.
Qualifications
Strong administrative experience and the ability to juggle multiple tasks with ease
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Confident in prioritising work in a fast-moving setting
Skilled in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
Organised and proactive, with a flair for coordinating team events
Previous experience in construction or contract administration would be an advantage
