'A better day, every day'We're looking for a detail-oriented Quality Administrator to provide vital support to our National Manager Clinical Quality & Audit and National Clinical Skills Lead.

This is a key support role ideally suited to a graduate, ensuring that our valued Clinical leaders can focus on their national responsibilities and effectively support their clinical teams.You'll be working a 40-hour week in our friendly Kapiti offices, working closely with passionate professionals who are committed to delivering excellence in clinical quality and education.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate agendas and minutes for national clinical and quality meetingsSupport internal and external audit processesMonitor reporting timeframes for incidents, complaints, and quality improvementsMaintain and update the policy and procedure libraryAssist in formatting and building eLearning modules using Articulate Rise or similar toolsConduct proofreading and quality checks for accuracy and consistencyStrong organisational and multitasking skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and PDF toolsFamiliarity with SharePoint is desirable - training providedExperience with video creation and eLearning tools (Articulate Rise, Storyline) is desirable - training providedAbility to simplify complex information into engaging learning contentStrong attention to detail in layout and formattingExcellent written and verbal communication skillsCollaborative and feedback-friendly approachBe part of a values-driven organisation that embraces diversity, listens with genuine care, and empowers people to live independently in their communities.Access to exclusive discounts and wellbeing benefits via our Perks AppSpark Mobile Plan : Endless data, unlimited NZ / AU calls & texts, and more for just $
