Immediate startFixed term until June 2026Based in Wellington CBDReporting to the Director, Change you will provide broad support to project managers including compliance, administration, delivery schedules, budget monitoring, reporting and risk assessments / awareness.
The project coordinator will :
- Documenting and tracking project registers, including actions, risks, and engagements
- Organising meetings with internal and external partners, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and drafting / proofing materials
- Using business systems and tools confidently, with familiarity in budgeting and financial processes
- Applying planning tools and methods to manage, monitor, and report on results
What you will offer :
- You are an experienced and detail-oriented Project Coordinator looking for a new role or the next challenge.
- Provide strong coordination support across complex programmes of work and possess excellent prioritisation skills, use initiative, work under pressure and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft office products including, Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio and MS Project.
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
- The ability to self-manage and take initiative while working collaboratively as part of a team
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong working relationships
