We are looking for Temp EA / Coordinator to work with our client in the Government space in Wellington!

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and adaptable  Coordinator / EA to provide high-level support through to February 2026. This role sits within a central government agency and will be integral to ensuring smooth coordination and effective workflow in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide coordination and administrative support to a senior leadership office
• Manage scheduling, communications, and documentation with accuracy and discretion
• Support evolving priorities with flexibility and sound judgement
• Build strong working relationships across teams and stakeholders

About You

Casual Loading
