Fixed Term until 30 June
The Renewals team is part of the Construction & Innovation Group.
Our contribution to social housing is renovating (retrofitting) selected state houses so they meet the needs of a modern state house customer.
The team delivers renewals nationally and so our work reaches much of New Zealand.
In FY
This role is one of three that provides support to the programme and project managers, in areas like :
coordinating getting Work Requests and Work Orders prepared
monitoring and managing documents within Aconex and Objective
tracking PIM applications
setting up and maintaining project financials within Oracle
project financial tracking and receipting
obtaining project budget uplifts as required
other duties as required
Work experience in the construction field
Exposure to project and or contract management
Experience in a multi-disciplinary team
Provide support to a large number of projects
Knowledge of project finances, including tracking and payment of claims
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to represent the organisation as a professional team participant
