  • Strong preference for Wellington as work location but also open to other locations
  • Fixed Term until 30 June

  • The Renewals team is part of the Construction & Innovation Group.

Our contribution to social housing is renovating (retrofitting) selected state houses so they meet the needs of a modern state house customer.

The team delivers renewals nationally and so our work reaches much of New Zealand.In FY

  • we will deliver nearly 500 renovated homes across the country.This role is one of three that provides support to the programme and project managers, in areas like :
  • coordinating getting Work Requests and Work Orders prepared
  • monitoring and managing documents within Aconex and Objective
  • tracking PIM applications
  • setting up and maintaining project financials within Oracle
  • project financial tracking and receipting
  • obtaining project budget uplifts as required
  • other duties as required
  • Nga pumanawatanga ou - What you will bring
  • Work experience in the construction field
  • Exposure to project and or contract management
  • Project support experience
  • Experience in a multi-disciplinary team
  • Provide support to a large number of projects
  • Knowledge of project finances, including tracking and payment of claims
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
