About the role

The role is varied and includes :

Your main focus will be client communication - compassionately supporting our clients across various communication channels, including phone (inbound and outbound), email, and in‑person interactions.

Appointment Management - schedule, confirm and manage appointments across all entities ensuring all necessary information is recorded.

Client Record Management & Data Entry - Maintain accurate and confidential client records, facilitate seamless communication between healthcare professionals and entities, ensuring continuity of care.

Administrative duties - Complete daily administrative duties with attention to detail and efficiency.

Communication & Collaboration : Facilitate effective communication within departments, participate in team meetings, providing updates and feedback to improve service delivery.

Required skills

  • Previous experience in a client services or administrative role, preferably within the healthcare industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally and empathetically with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office and Patient Management Systems. Intercom experience advantageous but not essential.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and practices is advantageous but not required.
