About the role
Christians Against Poverty (CAP) is looking for an exceptional Auckland based Services Director to lead our Services Department through a pivotal season of growth and transformation as we deliver our refreshed Debt Help services. Reporting directly to the CEO, this is a unique opportunity to be part of CAP’s Executive Leadership Team, playing a key role in shaping the organisation. This role offers an exciting opportunity for someone with exceptional leadership skills to drive a high performing culture of impact, collaboration and continuous learning. In this role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the operations of the strategic direction of the Services team. With 3 direct reports and a team of 30 plus and partnering with over 100 churches, you will lead the team responsible for outworking CAP’s vision of ending money chaos in Aotearoa.
